Retired Army Capt. Luis Montalvan, an Iraqi War veteran who earned two Bronze Stars, filed a lawsuit claiming he was assaulted by employees of a Brooklyn, New York, USA franchise, the New York Post reports. Montalvan claims workers at the Brooklyn McDonald's franchise hit him with the lids to plastic garbage cans when he tried to enter with his golden retriever, named Tuesday. He suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury, and said the beating left him with back and neck injuries, the Post reports. I think this is ridiculous on both ends here. McDeath is after all McDeath and they get my orders wrong 75% of the time and usually by forgetting more than one thing. They do have cheap food, if you have the taste buds for that kind of thing. TBH, I think that the whole damn country started going to Hell a long time ago and has only gotten worse since they started letting 5th graders use calculators in class. I mean the,"Why should they HAVE TO LEARN these things when MACHINES are what they are going to rely on in daily life!?", argument is pathetic to me and just further demonstrates the intentional dumbing down of the populace. Yet, the defense sticking it's nose up and pointing it's swaying finger snorting,"He is a menace who has ALL KINDS of "PROBLEMS" from his service and the public need not put up with HIS KIND and THEIR "ISSUES". It is HIS FAULT because HE HAS P.T.S.D. Ignoring the fact that the dog and the man, both veterans had the express right to be there. The fact that the attack broke the law regardless of what the man and dog had done unless by physical attack they had started it.....which they didn't, so far. It is really troubling that this sort of thing is still here in the world, looks more and more like Viet Nam didn't teach a damn thing to us. Everyone needs to watch first blood a dozen times.
