All you do is shoot the gas tank, and you fly off for miles. But, the good thing about is, you don't die (the only one I have died at is the one further down from your safehouse. AFAIK, this is the only one where you don't die). Just shoot the gray thing, and you will be flying off. NOTE: Try not to hit it with a vehicle (even the slightest touch will make your vehicle blow up). AND DON'T TRY TO LAND A HELICOPTER ON IT EITHER (I learned that the hard way)! Either way, I've only had luck with propane bottles and gas station pumps, I can't shoot a car's gas tank and get it to blow, I can shoot the engine and start it on fire (leading to BOOOOOOMMMMMM!) Some pipes in the industrial area are like this too. That said, I did it on one from a garage rooftop down the road from your Alderney safehouse..so I died..but it was worth it. If you're gonna die, die epically like that.
