xbox controller problem

I have recently put my xbox s controller (from the first xbox, not the 360) on my pc to play GTA IV on the pc.

 

As driver I used XBCD.

When I open my XBCD control pannel (XBCD setup utility) everything works.

To play it in GTA u need to put it in the xbox360cemu.

 

When I use Xinputtest to test all the buttons they all work when I use the trigger as a button.

But when I change the trigger in XBCD setup utility the trigger doesn't work anymore in Xinputtest.

The vibration also doesn't work in the Xinputtest, it does work in XBCD setup utility

I tried to change values and the button names but it didn't work

 

If you could help I would very gratefull

honestly i've used xbcd for some time and they are sh** they dont work with gta 4, microsoft drivers are the ones to use cause they work perfect with all games, not just gfwl titles either, btw have fun getting rid of them they did not make that part easy.Oh i thought you were using the 360 controller.

You Can Get It To Work, Just Google The Patches, And You Might Find A Fix. In My Opinion, I Would Just Get A Refurbished Wired 360 Controller, There Like 20 Bucks, And It Makes A Great Gaming Controller.

I recommend to you a xbox360 windows wired controller. Looks and feel cheap but works charms, and ergonomics wise is great.

I recommend a Wireless Xbox360 controller, I use one and it works perfectly.
