When I saw all these role plays and found some were watered down or they were too realistic and not that fun at all, I decided to make something that would have some depth to it and be fun at the same time. The end result is more of an experiment than a full on role play. It is an open world story driven multiplayer experience. First, you make a character by picking their skills and job and how much money you make per game. If your character dies they are only spending time in the hospital (respawn wait) Rules *You can only have one character, one job, and two skills *Your only allowed to pick two skills from the skill list *If you die, your character isnt dead, only just sent to the hospital. *After each game you gain a new skill *Dont go around killing people because cops are on *Dont use skills you dont have or you will be kicked *To transfer money to another player, you must call the Banker *You cant repair your car, you must go to the pay and spray *If you are hurt you can go to the hospital and get healed there Skill List *Your only allowed to pick two skills from the skill list Know How to Drive (Driving) Know How to Boat (Boating) Know How to Fly (Flying) Pistols SMGS SHOTGUNS ASSAULT RIFLES SNIPER RIFLE EXPLOSIVES Map (Turns off Blips Only to Regular radar) Heal You/People (allows you to pick up Health or heal other people) Body Armor (Allows you to pick up body armor) Money In-game you can pay someone to teach you a skill, to do that you must call up the banker and say your giving (X) amount of money to the trainer and it will be recorded. No money will be traded if the banker has not being notified. You get paid before each game depending on your job, Some jobs dont get paid like being a civilian or being a Criminal, being a criminal you have to go around and commit illegal activities In-game to earn money. Other jobs also require you to do actions in-game. Any Money trascations has to be told to the banker Jobs List Jobs that require a skill are marked with a* Assassin-Tier 0 Kills people for money,favors,etc etc. Bounty Hunter-Tier 0 Collects bounties posted out on people, (they do not kill like assassins unless forced to). Bodyguards-Tier 0 Paid to guard people or businesses. (A very risky job) *Bus Driver- Tier 2 Drive around and pick people up and drop them off at certain locations. Driving Skill required Business Owner-Tier 3 Owns a business that gives a steady income. (Watch out for other people because they will try to get in on the action or rob you). Select an in-game location for your business and operate out of it. Car Dealer-Tier 3 Sells cars legally. (or illegally if the vehicle was stolen) *Car Jacker- Tier 0 Steal other people's cars and try to sell the cars off. Driving Skill Required Car Mechanic- Tier 1 Stands outside the Pay and Spray and charges for repairs. Civilian-Tier 0 GET A JOB! Criminal-Tier 0 Try to get money by any means, mug people, rob stores, kill people, etc etc. *Drug Dealer- Tier 1 You sell drugs to people that gives them health. Heal Skill required *Doctor-Tier 3 You get money by healing people legally. Skill required is Heal. *Fisherman-Tier 2 You brave the waters to search for fish. Boating Skill required *Paramedic-Tier 2 Drive,Fly, or Boat to people; take them to the hospital to be healed. Vehicle Skills required. *Pilot- Tier 2 Fly people around. Flying Skill required *Street Racer-Tier 0 Compete in races for money or respect. Driving skill required *Taxi Driver-Tier 1 Picks people up and drive them around for cash. Driving skill required *Valet Parker- Tier 1 Gets into people cars and makes sure they dont disappear. Driving skill required *Skill Trainer-Tier 3 Is the only person that can teach you how to use a certain skill. Skill required for the Skill your teaching. Special Jobs Special Jobs are jobs that have special abilities such as all skills unlocked or have more responsibilities. There are different thing with each job. The Cop- Tier 1 (2 Cops Only, Both Positions Taken) You have all your skills unlocked and must keep the peace with a below average money salary. The Cop is not a regular cop like the rest, they have the gun and the badge, but no uniform. They can arrest people, take bribes, or anything else a regular cop would do. You also have the ability to take people to jail, post bounties on people up to $1000 and freeze bank accounts. Mayor- Tier 5 (1 Mayor, GLR Shooter 977) The mayor has 3 lifes and can only stay in office for 8 games, if the mayor dies or the term is up, an election will be called. This is optional, Mayors can appoint people as comissioners to watch over certain things of the city, like a police comissioner to watch over the police or a business comissioner to charge businesses licenses or business insurance. The Mayor also has to run the city and manage the government fund. The Mayor can fire people in government positions and make laws and taxes. Comissioner-Tier 4 Must be appointed by a mayor and has to do what the mayor assigned them to do such as watching over people or making sure things work. Job Income List If you pick a job that isnt on the jobs list, choose which Tier level is related to your job, it affects how much money you get before each game. When you have all the skills you can trade all except two for a Tier level raise every three games. Taking Over Businesses *A Business can only be attacked once per game *High End Businesses have ten minute countdowns instead of 5 To initiate a takeover, you must be at the player's business and it must be cleared of any players. You call the Admin and tell them you are doing a takeover at this player's business and the Admin will notify the player who's business is under attack and will start the 5 minute (or 10 minutes if its a highend business) countdown the owner of the business has to get back or send someone to their business and stop the takeover. The Attacker wins by holding off at the business against the owner or whoever comes to defend until the countdown reaches zero or if no one shows up to defend when the timer hits zero. The Attacker gets all the profits from the business each game and the business owner loses their job and has to become a citizen for the rest of the game. The Owner wins by killing the attacker, after that The attack Stops and the business is safe for the rest of the game from any other attacks. Yeah I do, but I'll probably wait awhile for the holiday rush to blow over. Atleast until after this weekend. Thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to post the date way earlier than I did this time. I was really hoping for some people to join because I was going to make new storylines that were connected depending on how the story characters made their choices and what it lead up to. (i only have the Episodes) Yes, the skills you choose are the only ones that you can use. So if you had only had the pistols and assualt rifle skill, you wouldnt know how to drive or use shotguns. Your going to have to pick one job and two skills, it would be difficult if you had two jobs and two different skills. Dont worry, after each game you gain a new skill and if you want to change your job later on, that's fine. I'll be keeping track of everyone's character. Also you can pay someone with money during the game to teach you a new skill. An example would be you only have the pistols and assualt rifle skills and I have the driving and the shotguns skill; I could teach you how to drive a car if you pay me 1000 dollars. We would go get a car in-game and drive around while Im telling you all the basics of driving(braking,red lights,green lights). By the end of the lesson, you will have learned how to drive. I was planning on doing this with GTA IV on free mode, If a majority of the people have the Episodes, Im willing to try this on The Ballad of Gay Tony. It just cant be on free mode because the voice chat proximity is not there. So it would have to be in Deathmatch.
