You have to realize that 4330M is probably a very limited card, I know from some members that the 4350 will run GTAIV, but how well and will it be playable is hard to tell. The minimum requirements requires me to have at least a "ATI Radeon X1900" video card. My notebook that I'm going to buy has got a "ATI mobility Radeon HD 4330" video card. If the "ATI mobility Radeon HD 4330" is better than the "ATI Radeon x1900". Then I'm able to play it on my notebook. Got it? You had already been shown by mkey82 where you should post questions on system requirements. Naturally I shouldn't have assumed you would listen to a seasoned veteran of the board and should have considered you would just totally ignore him and make a new topic again.
