Questions about certain vehicles

A question that's been on my mind for a long time. Do the Laundromat and Romero's Hearse vehicles ever spawn normally, without the vehicle first being present somewhere (mainly by you driving it)? And if so, where do they appear (assuming a very localized spawn zone)?

 

I'm just wondering if these really DO appear randomly, but only under certain conditions, or of they are only initially available from missions, with more created once it's been present recently.

 

Additionally, Roman's Taxi doesn't appear anywhere after Hostile Negotiation, correct? And the Police Stockade is only ever present in Three Leaf Clover and Tunnel of Death?

police stockade comes if you get a sertain number of stars i think.

Laundromat vans i have seen randomly but i havent seen the herses.

With the Laundromat look on the far west island (for got name sorry :S). The far west island has lots of vans and trucks

Romeo Hearse: You can only get the Romeo Hearse at Francis or Derrick's funeral.

 

Roman's Taxi: If you're at the beginning of the game (and haven't beat the mission where Roman gets kidnapped and taken to the warehouse, and you have the ability where Roman's taxi driver, Mohammed, will pick you up, kill him, and take the vehicle.

 

You can only get the laundromat van on the mission "Hung Out To Dry".

 

You can only get the Police Stockade (unless you want the black one) on the mission "Tunnel of Death" (where you go in the tunnel, kill those Noose guys, and take that old guy to the cliff). The Police Stockade in "Three Leaf Clover", however, is unjackable.

Well, if you check out my guide (which Cheat posted, unbeknownst to him that it IS mine), I do point out all of those. Laundromat is also available in "Meltdown" as one of the scripted vehicles that appears in traffic. The "black "Stockade that appears is actually an Enforcer, and is rather common (since it appears at 4+ stars), as opposed to the Stockade, which is only in those missions, ot my knowledge.

 

I'm asking these questions because I want to know once and for all whether these vehicles DO appear randomly, or in places beyond their commonly-known appearences, and about the only way to effectively do that is to look at the vehicle's coding for clues.

 

 

floris, is the Laundromat and Romero's Hearses information and car group the same in GTA4 as in TLAD? It'd be nice to know if TLAD's answers also apply here (regarding my question in my thread in TLAD forum).
