Instead of basing GTA cities on stupid American cities, why not make a fictional city, the way R* wants it perfectly. Then the theme of it could be better and in fact, they could ask us GTA Forumers for ideas and things, untill we have, the perfect GTA. Look at Crackdown, they made up a fake city, and it looked awesome. So does Stilwater. I'm just saying, everyone complains about where it is set, so, a fictional city wouldn't be bad would it? It proved too long of a read for the ridiculously short attention spans of people here, and didn't make one or two simple hyperactive points but went a bit deeper.
