I don't think I'm gonna get this. Not at least until some kind of Steam sale. Full price for a 4 hour campaign? I don't think so. I'm not into multiplayer so much. I only play a couple of online FPS games.

I played Fragile Alliance with just me and another guy the other night so there's no prerequisite.

 

Four hour campaign? Eww. Still going to get it though, I haven't had this much fun with a demo in awhile.

 

Great to hear they kept Kane's 552, I'd feel lost without it.

Only thing I would have liked to have known is if they added any more weapons to the multiplayer. Because I did see a deagle and an LMG and some other stuff, like the 552, and they are in single but not multi just wondered.

 

Also do you find specific weapons in single that you unlock in multiplayer. Because those special edition ones say you can find them at certain places.

 

Also are you able to play fragile alliance with just 2 people or is there a minimum requirement.

I thought fragile alliance wouldn't commence until 8 people are in the lobby?

First game you could select the ammount of players but you needed to hit that target in order to start.

 

And worst of all you couldnt have any less than 4.

 

The problem is I want to play it, in a co-op type style with me and a friend, without any other randoms in the game.

 

But the co-op story will make this.

 

Alot of achievements so theres some replay value here.

 

 

I really dont understand people buying games that dont play online. So obviously I wouldnt recommend buying it unless you plan on playing co-op or FA.

 

And I am 99.9% sure that the 'arcade mode' is just fragile alliance with bot AI teammates. So that is some extra value there for offline players.

 

Apparently there is a FAMAS too.

 

I dont really get it why some are online and some not. I hope they are all there in the full game, after all the demo is pretty old now.

Well it's not out until August 20th so it's most definitely a scam. The game requires Steam activation anyway so even if it was real (and it's not) you wouldn't be able to play it until the official release date.

It is fake. Look how the quality is so perfectly made. This is the real deal below at the moment. From what I know this picture below will be changed with other artworks that have been released or made early this days by them. Even that the 18 logo shows that is a scam, because is too big.

the store at causeway point, 3rd floor.

im not really sure but as far as i know the owner of the store pre orders stuff and sell them for like $10 more ex than the normal game prices but its earlier though.

im not sure if he pre ordered it for people to buy or not but either way its on sale there.

BOY was i dissapointed... again. the gameplay was boring, i did like one mission. SPOILER ALERT:

when kane and lynch get tortured and xui gets killed you run around naked, and kane goes crazy

besides that it wasnt too much fun. the ending was lame, kinda like the sopranos

and i really wish i saw more.

Aww that sucks, I was hoping the game would earn positive reviews. Even Gamespot is giving it an average score.

 

This might go rent this though. Seriously 4 hours? They can do better than that!

Well does anyone know how long K&L1's story mode was?

 

I remember it being at least 10 hours.

I recently bought K&L1 with the STEAM SUMMERSALES and it only took me 5 hours to finish it on 'medium/hard' (some missions were on medium and some on hard).

 

On top of that: how does the gameplay suck? Did they f*ck it up compared to the demo? Demo played f*cking awesome and can't wait for the final game.

he demo was very intimidating, like the mafia 2 demo. i was blown away by the mafia 2 demo, but the K&L demo was fairly good, not something i went "wow!!!" after. so every level was pretty much like the demo, repetitive and boring.

Well that was god damn disappointing. Camera angles were sh*tty, decent cover was almost impossible to find, the game only lasted a few hours, and the ending was just awful.

 

Barely worth the eight bucks I spent to rent it.

Just because something is short doesnt make it a sh*t game.

 

 

If you have just a slice of awesome cake, it doesnt mean that it tasted sh*t.

 

And though there may not be much in the game but being able to play story co-op, and MORE than 4 people all playing a co-op mode online which also can be used as TDM, then thats enough replay value I need.

Well if they talk at the moment about this DLC, possible to take some time to hear something about the Singleplayer. But I'm not really sure if they want to make a DLC just to show what K&L will continue do after the ending of this K&L2. More, I think, this is where this sequel has to end for another sequel of K&L 3.

Glad they fixed some of the issues with Fragile Alliance from the first game. Still, I feel like the levels are much more linear this time, and harder to set up good ambush spots like the first game.

 

Unfortunately I have sh*tty internet service here and can't play online, so the Arcade mode is much appreciated. I thought the campaign was pretty crap, naked level aside.

 

Also, small complaint, but I wish they kept the balaclavas for FA like in the first game. I don't know why they made all the robbers middle aged loser types. Also, launching with DLC is such a f*cking sh*tty thing to do.
