Music in EFLC

Recommended Posts

I just read on Grand Theft Wiki that EFLC does not contain the music from the original GTA IV disk. I understand totally why if this is true, but what i want to know is...

What radio stations are there on EFLC (disk, not DLC). Is there just the exclusive radio stations, or is there just the additional music from the DLC's (such as the additions to Liberty Rock Radio in TLaD)

Thanks

Cool, makes me wanna get the disk version even more now, but are there just those radio stations, or are there the other ones from GTA IV, only with the added DLC music?

I have EFLC and it only has the music from the two DLC's....no Vibe FM, Fusion Fm, PLR, or Massive B...but they have added quite a bit of musical content to make up for it. As already mentioned: RamJam Fm, Self Actualization Fm, a whole new lineup on Electro Choc, an overhauled Vladivostock Fm(now has dance music), Vice City Fm, new Integrity 2.0 chat, new radio show "Conspire" on WKTT, and some new tracks on K109. All of that is just on TBOGT alone, plus you get all of the music that was introduced in TLAD.....but no Vanilla GTA IV tracks.

That's alright with me though, I was getting tired of hearing the same old IV music anyway....I love all of the new music and talk shows. smile.gif

Isn't it actually The Journey playing? But good question, what's playing in The Triangle (The Vibe in IV and DLC) or the Jamaican Cafe (Massive B usually). And what about the Bohan apartments where you can hear The Classic 104.1 playing? And the strip club in Alderney, which plays Electrochoc, but the new Electrochoc isn't really fitting for the club!

TW@T plays The Journey in IV and TLAD but it's usually JNR in TBoGT (DLC), a change along with the new I ♥ LC wallpaper on the computers.

Another question, when Luis and Johnny are in a taxi and ask to change the station, do they say the correct station names for the differences in DLC and EFLC?

I don't know about that, but apparently all of the pedestrians think that Luis and Johnny are still Niko. I pointed a gun at a driver as Luis, and the guy said "Damn, you Russian dudes is quick to shoot!" and "Why don't you take yo' ass back to Russia!" That being said, I would say they don't get the stations correct.

In one of the Club Management missions, I took a car from the paparazzi, and Luis said "Thanks for the bike!"....seems to be quite a few dialog errors in the DLC's.

TW@T plays Self-Actualization or something like that, It plays similar songs to The Journey.

I don't know about TLaD, but TBoGT is just FULL of various errors in text.

Like the one you mentioned, sometimes its also there are additional words in text which Luis doesn't really speak etc.

When i switch to independence FM in a taxi, he tells the driver to change to ElectroChoc.

And those lines from peds when you aim at them, i think its just they didn't record new ones instead of them.

They were meant for Niko, then DLC's appeared but no one bothered changing them.

BTW, did anyone notice that the I Love LC wallpapers on computers....uhm...you can shoot them off. Like if they were made of cardboard.

There is some new radios and they are exclusive for EFLC ! Which I remeber is Radio Vice City !!!!

Yeah, and along with that there's RamJam FM and Self-Actualization FM too.

L.C.H.C. is a Hardcore Punk radio station in GTA IV, in TLAD and TBoGT it is a Death Metal Radio Station.

also the Classic Hip-Hop radio station is gone.

I own the DLCs, but I did play a bit of EFLC as well, so just to answer your questions:

The Triangle is playing ElectroCHOC instead of The Vibe. Honkers is still playing ElectroCHOC as well. And as for the private dances you get from the strippers, they play three from Vice City FM in the background ("She's Got the Look", "Maneater", and one other song I haven't recognized yet).

The Homebrew Cafe plays RAMJAM instead of Massive B.

I haven't checked the Bohan apartments, but I'm guessing they're playing The Beat 102.7.

TW@T plays Self-Actualization in the background.
