If anyone was thinking of joining a pretty good clan (PC) and your KD is above 0.95, check out Delta Ops. I can put in a good word for you if you want, since I have been in it for a while and know the guys pretty well.

OTB i know it will take me just over 200 hours thanks to StatsVerse thingy, and i have like 3-4 hours a day to play each day, sometimes more, so if i go for golds and plats it should cut the time down, as well as some insignias to collect. If you wanna view them, click here. icon14.gif

That's not too bad, actually. Especially considering that estimate only accounts for SPM. I still have plenty of stars to get... just need to stop using my favourites, tanks and the knife. biggrin.gif

I've seen people with a few thousand knife kills already. How the hell do people do that? That pretty much tells me that they camp in a corner of a building or thick grass. I really don't go for knifing as I will shoot somebody even if they are right against me.

I like to go for the knife for a couple reasons. One it saves ammo, and two, it's silent.

 

I felt like a real badass today when I rushed the m-com station in that derailed train car in Africa harbor, shot two guys and then knifed a third because I was out of ammo. All in about 2 seconds.

Yeah the knife is silent, but I for one always recognise a 'knived-teammate-death-scream' and run over and stab them back. biggrin.gif

Quite the opposite. Ninjas do not need to hide to avoid being seen. ph34r.gif

 

Knowing the maps also helps.

It looks better now, but keep working. Some say that K/D ratio doesn't matter in BC2, but it does to a certain point (unless you're defending on Rush). Having a K/D ratio over 1.00 means that you're draining more of your enemy's tickets than your own. Also, really focus on SPM also. However, the most important thing is to have fun!

I've only just jumped back into this game after PSN's restoration.

 

I've been having such terrible games on Rush; I have to empty a whole 30 round magazine to drop an enemy. This never happened before PSN went down.

What makes you think I sprayed? Firing in bursts still required 30 rounds to drop an enemy.

Because EA sucks they dropped a lot of european servers (I don't know if you are european) so it's hard for many to get a good connection.

Well my friend who lives in england has gotten great connection before, but he had to take up like 50% priority in his houses internet. haha.

Well my friend who lives in england has gotten great connection before, but he had to take up like 50% priority in his houses internet. haha.

I live in England, too. I may have to do the same if I don't see an improvement in my connection. sly.gif

Most of the time when I play BFBC2 online it's in the Vietnam expansion. Really good maps, vehicles and weapons. Defiantly worth a buy.
