Anyone hosting this Wednesday? I'm really going crazy without my GTA. It's a bit saddening. I've got these vivid scenarios going through my head involving Chinatown, snipers, & parachutes. Well my new route is another Brooker one, and I'm also considering doing a tour de gas stations where the aim would be to keep the pumps intact for as long as possible but this still needs work to be complete. If its my choice as host for Wednesday, then I will give power ro the people !! if every one can state their desired route on this thread, I'll do a count up at 17:00 GMT tomorrow and the one with the most votes wins, please be aware if you vote for o route you are also signing up to be a possible blip leader so please know the route you vote for........ it could be you !! Although there are 2 pretty close together in Algonquin (1 where you got rid of your self and the other where you got rid of a random !!) so maybe a route joining the 2 together ? Nitty Don Posted February 9, 2010 Share Posted February 9, 2010 *cough* dont forget Nitty Dons APC friendly route *cough* My idea for th gas stations is to keep the pumps alive !! basically all players have to be in the grounds of the gas station and try to keep the cops at bay, I think this would spice up the action as you wouldn't know when a stray Police bullet or even vehicle will make things go bang !! although I doubt we would have many survivors for this round perhaps more of a fun route to wind down with or something to do if numbers are low one week. If it were possible I'd like to hold this in Tlad as it would prevent anyone using attack helis (only mavericks spawn in FM) and there would also be no APC so the Don can join in the rawkus on the streets of LC !! PS brooker route is complete now, I will show you the route when microsoft pull their finger out of the ass and ship your box back to you, but the finale will be a stand off on the Platypuss as I don't believe 16 V has used the platy yet (correct me if I'm wrong) and there are also some unique hidy holes in that dock area !! (I rarely get p'd off, but I was pilot and decided to come to the ground for the epic finale of Reverse Prison Break, so I stocked up and landed in the prison. Right after, this random idiot comes in with his Buzzard, someone blew it up while he was landing and he thought it was me. Nitty Don Posted February 11, 2010 Share Posted February 11, 2010 (edited) Well last nights route was OK not one of the best turnouts so I agreed to accept a few friends of people who had signed up, and regret to inform it was a bad choice !! so from now on if I am hosting there will be no outside invites accepted. the player in question was repeatedly rpg'ing Mr Booze, when I questioned him after Booze had left he told me I was a stupid Brit who needed to brush my teeth (charming little fellow, I think you would all agree !!), I can't remember his gamertag but it included the word "GOLDEN" in it somewhere ? also some of the newbies did not understand the amount of helis allowed in the air ! Apart from that the route ran pretty smoothly. Also big respect to Jabz, for standing by his word and kicking the Golden chap when needed allthoigh as the only kicks came from Me, Booze and Jabz he remained in the room so I pulled the plug with 7 minutes left on the counter, apologies to anyone who was annoyed by this but I was not going to give an outsider a chance to get in a verbal with me it was easier to pull the plug and black list him. I will host again if needed but it will be no more Mr Nice Donald !! On a more positive note the route to the platypus has been half tested and seems ok, I will call it "On the Boat" as a homage to GTA IV 1st mission called "off the boat" EDIT _ In the time it took me to write the above post that Tosser has already been busted !!
