So he can't turn off the pistol rockets & still do other amazing thingies? Why were you ladies getting killed by your own team, that doesn't seem to make sense. Are there people taking shots at each other? wtf Maybe we should have trial matches for 16v like A/G. Maybe someone else would like to host on Fridays otherwise we will just have games on Wednesdays. Let us know if you are definitely in or out. @SirGrimez - Good to have you aboard. Please read the first page for rules & send a friend request to CopsMustDie on XBL to be added to the weekly roster. Words of advise: Introduce yourself & be civil with the rest of the team. If you have questions in game, feel free call the host. @jabz & all - I agree. I think we'll have to be more strict as far as players cooperating with the rules and such. Only players that have signed up on the forum and/or been approved by the host should be allowed to play. And only the host should be inviting people to avoid any "uninvited guests". Breaking of rules will result in a kick by the host which NEEDS to be followed by the remaining players to continue this event. I would like to maintain the quality of this event, and there has been too much disorganization lately. Will this work for everyone? Here are some areas that could use improving: 1) Initial Arming, Gathering, & Start 2) Pilots 3) Voices 1) Initial 10.00 In Player Gathering & Parachute Drop: This is where we start losing the most time & begin disorganization. Within the first ten minutes we should have armed up, decided who are pilots drivers and blip leaders are and have gotten picked up by a Heli pilot. All pilots should then wait at the Airport until everyone is in the air and ready to go. THEN we should ALL head to the route start location and wait for the host to signal that it's time to jump (this makes for a better experience & looks epic). Easy enough? 2) Too Many Pilots During Route - There should only be 1 pilot escort per 8 players during a route. Most of the issues arise when a player has been killed/spawned at the Airport and fly back over but stay in the air. When players return to the action they should either bail out of their chopper & parachute or land the Heli safely to allow other player rockets. Capiche? 3)In Game Voices - Just keep dialogue game related and try to keep the team organized. There are usually only a couple of culprits that are guilty of this and it's never been that bad. Bickering is annoying and those players should just leave or be kicked. If they can cooperate they can return for next weeks game. I would like to get everyone's opinions on this. I've tried to be relaxed about this event, but it's obvious there are kinks to be worked out to make this better and maintain the quality level. Is this asking to much/ will everyone support these new rules and help enforce kicking if need be? I totally agree with all points made, also if you needed to speed up the first 10 min, I can always have the po po waiting for you guys when you drop down, as I always have atleast 2/3 stars by the time you guys get to me, although when you guys take longer it makes it harder for me to keep my APC for long as all the attention is on me. I'm jonesing to get back into Liberty City for some 16v. Boozy, OK with hosting again for tonight? When I get back, I'd like to test some new tasty routes. PM or let me know if anyone has any locations or areas they'd like to include. We've used a lot of the more popular locations so far, but there are so many nooks and crannies in that city that look amazing and are easily overlooked. I'd also like to throw the idea of establishing a blip leader chain of command in case the main blip leader gets whacked. Everyone should follow the blip leader to avoid getting left behind or lost. If that leader dies we need a second in command to take over. This should help keep things moving. As far as the initial arming gathering & heli drop goes try to get everyone in the air at the Airport before heading out. This way you can all head out together (flight of the Valkeries? ) and have the leader order the jump. Also feel free to kick anyone taking shots at other players or just disgustingly sloppy & remember host invites only. @ The Donald - free business bevvies also make me a happy man and with an unwanted hangover headache.
