GTA IV Patch 5

Patch 5 Lets start a list to document what has been changed so far: - TLAD Achievements have been added. - Some Shadow issues fixed - Graphical Issues - Some minor performance gain - Extra Controls - No longer rains in inside. I noticed the following fixes (don't know if someone else mentioned them already) -Hitting someone with your gun works now. Yay! -An extra closer camera option when on foot. (At least, I don't remember seeing that before...) Possibly police spawning improvements? I've seen this before, it's not really a patch 5 only problem. But yeah I'd like to see a solution too.
