Yes but Rapter, the cheater could just change his name, and IP address. Giving himself a static IP address (or changing his Router's IP from Dynamic to Static (reboot Router) change back from Static back to Dynamic, reboot again and he's done. Also I think your realy should make your own, they are just trying to make something like SA:MP so it will probably have the same bugs or stuff like that, as much progress as I have seen for them its not impressive.
