jadehorus
Stellar mod! It's really fun , it works with many mods and it fills a huge gap in GTAIV:why be ONLY on the baddies side?Thank you , I was hoping for such a mod! My only remark with the mod is the rather harsh points deduction system, which in my opinion needs some fine tuning: it's a bit frustrating to lose points for traffic collision when some other bloke rams me from behind; it is also frustrating to lose points for going the wrong way when I'm just taking a wider turn or cutting a corner at full speed on code 3;I think, in some traffic situations a squad car is simply forced to go on the other side;it's more believable than taking the sidewalk! Otherwise, an allround solid mod, can't wait for next version! Edited July 10, 2010 by jadehorus
Unhostile
Is it possible to fix the problem where, if your chasing a vehicle and/or you call for backup, both vehicles won't go at high speed and when they attempt to go around the corner they crash into a pole or tree and get stuck. They should be able to slow down when coming towards a corner.
bat09
Fist of all - this is a great mod. I really enjoy to play that one, thanks alot for spending your time on that. But I still got a problem with the police chatter. Also, If you find the Police Radio Chatter doesnt work, go into your Audio options and look for the thing that says "Radio" change it to "Shuffle" or "Sequential" and do a complete scan. It should work then. I tried that, but it still doesn't work. I still hear the normal radio the whole time (though I'm in a police car) without any radio transmissions. But actually, when I use the complete scan, there isn't a serious 'scan'. Theres just something loading for not even a second - just an attempt to scan I guess. Any idea what the problem could be and how to get the scanner working? Thanks already Hello, Have you a file in the folder "My Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\User Music"? YoungGun
I know this is probably not a big deal but my Norton is reporting this exe as a "WS.Reputation.1" threat. But w/e, I know Norton has been a bit "overprotected" heh..
-Bone-
Cool. But please release a RAR, non-EXE version, I like placing and removing the files myself.
darrean
Besides the fact I still have the problem with the police radio, I noticed another couple things. Since I installed the 7.5 there are alot more armored cars in the traffic as usual, and I mean alot more. Second thing is that the new mission, the 'Officer in need of assistance' one, is like getting points for free cause whenever you reach the scene, the officer just shoots the person with the baseball bat down.(So, actually you don't have to do anything else than driving to the location in this case). Check if there is a mp3 file in your gta4 directory and if there is, move it to the "user music" directory. You should have 3 mp3 file, so make a copy of this file twice. -Bone-
Again... a non-exe version? I like personally managing the mod files as I have several installed.
Marsmillo
Again... a non-exe version? I like personally managing the mod files as I have several installed. Don't point the installer to your GTAIV folder. So you can manualy copy / past the needed files to your GTAIV root. After copying, you can run the uninstaller to to clean out register entry's. The needed files will still be in your root folder of GTA and the mod will still work. Or use some kind of File Juicer, the extract the files out of the exe file. Rob.Zombie
Well it works for me in EFLC, but what the f*ck is up with the shoe tieing and strip dancer animation? And why the hell did you have to add a buggy radio in the police cars? Now when I play in MP, I can't change radio stations in a police car and even if I'd want to listen to that station, there's this static sound behind the radio. Remove these bugs and the mod will be perfect, cuz I really love those lights. Another thing is, that I think you should remove the message always appearing before you start GTA: you have succesfully installed police pursuit mod. After the 50th start of GTA, I think even I can realise that I've installed it perfectly And if you take requests, I'd like to be able to toggle any siren modes I want myself. So for example if I want "yelp" I press "j" or if I want airhorn while the siren is on, I can press "k" and things like that. And it would be awesome if this could be heard in MP (like in LCPD first response I think)

jadehorus
First of all, thanks for a great mod,I'm playing it like a madman since version 7.3. I have two problems with 7.5c: it crashes at every robbery call, and for my own taste, I don't think that cops shooting gangster style out of the car is a very good idea;(and they keep doing it even if I use the no drive-by option in the menu...) but otherwise, I'll keep patrolling Liberty City! Rob.Zombie
Can you make a version where the radio doesn't tune itself always to self actualization fm? I just want to have the police lights.
