Please, help me to réinstall GTA IV properly

Bonjour à toutes et tous..J'installe GTA , la version 1.0.0.0..Jusque là..Tout va bien..Mais comme j'aimerais mettre le patch 3 1.0.3.0..pour le modding..Je le mets puis je mets le reste^^

Mais plus de compte rockstar et pas moyen d'en créer un..Il y a une solution, j'ai cru voir, mais je ne comprends pas bien..Puis je dois mettre une suvegarde (la 74) enfin, j'aimerais mettre le trainer 43, et "first driver person".I have already done it..But don't remember in which order I did it, and now, I can't paly anymore..

May someone help me , please, because, I reallly don't manage to install it..

But you can't trust Rockstar... There is a solution, I think, but I don't understand it well. I like trainer 43, and the FPS mod. I already managed to get along R*'s file modding obstruction, but now I can't play anymore somehow.

So my guess is he wants help with installing 1.0.3.0. to make some mods work... so I guess I'm in b4 the lock.

Tu dois poster on le modding forums, parce-que ces forums sont pour le propre copies du GTA IV.
