Problem with text color's

I have a problem like this:

When im creating new objective (car), im writing: Get in ~y~Martin Car

And when i test the mission it says: Get in yMartin Car

Can anyone tell me how can i solve it?

 

And a few times when i type : ~y~ i see B X in a colors. What is that mean?

There are absolutely no bugs, people just don't know how to use it!

 

 

~y~Martin car~w~ 

 

 

After you type ~y~ it should look like "Y" but in yellow. Then just delete that letter and type your word. Then type the ~w~ to turn it back to white. Hope that helped, if you want to, check out my missions topic a few topics below.

Cool, but naw i have one more problem. Im writing text for my mission in notepad, a then how can i paste it in? If i press CTRL+V it isn't do anything.

 

@UP: When i do like you write, after delete this letter all word is white.

I know how to use it. it just you sometimes don't see if you already placed a ~ and youmake it twice. and then the mission gets bugged.

As long as you're very careful when placing "~" in your text, coloring should be no problem. If you're unsure about whether you placed a "~" already, backspace them all away, and type it again.

We're working on a more robust solution for textentry with colors.

I don't really think finding a better solution is necessary! People should watch out more, if the mission f**ks up its because of them, not because of DYOM. I'm careful when I create my missions and I safe a lot... I do not have any problems. It's your own fault if you mess up.
