They can't, because your Xbox should have it too. So it's just in the game. how did you get those clothes? Is this a real vehicle, or just a mod? Multiplayer only vehicles (ones I can think of): Police Stinger Police Cruiser Police Motorcycle (I can never find it) Any more? This pretty much proves that this is a vehicle already in the files of GTAIV, and these guys just modded the game so it would spawn. I'm guessing that the police bike, police Buffalo, and the police stinger are remnant vehicles that were never used, so Rockstar put them in BoGT's free mode so at least they would be used once. Can't really prove it's in the game yet though until someone picks apart TBoGT's files and shows us the lines of code defining the new vehicles, much in the same way people found the Tampa in TLAD's files. Doubt it's in the game though, looks like the same basic texturing the coach bus has on one of those in-game TV commercials. Then i drove around with it, and it was kinda funny when everyone runs behind it to steal it or enter it Aswell he spawned the police Stinger in black with yellow pearl effect, too. Agreed. all those cars needed to be on the PC version. @ Feral Slug: It's not like the modder made the model and put it in the game its actually in there but its hidden just like the Andromeda, SWAT, and FBI Truck in San Andreas.
