SparkErosion Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 Ok this worked like a charm on my DS. I got all 100 cameras on the DS, synced and met sean the drug dealler in north colony island. Well I got all 100 cameras in the PSP Verison and sean's not there.....I sycned and saved the game. Anyone else having this problem? Could it be due to a glitch I found in the cameras? Someone mentinoed earlier that the rockstar social website showed a camera that wasn't there. Well, I clicked on the camera and it said "Hattan Gardens." Except that area wasn't the hottan gardens. I checked my DS Verison and looked up Hatton gardens and it turns out the actual camera in that location is farther up on the map. I got it though so I have all 100 cameras. I can't understand why I can't find the dealer. The briefcase icon is there too..Do I have to go there a certain time of day ? I'm at the lighthouse. Should I email rockstar? I haven't found him on both versions. I'm not sure but I think he's there around midnight. But usualy when a dealer is not at the place he should be I try to get away from the place until his briefcase dissapears from the radar and then go back there, it usually works and the dealer has spawned there. try that, maybe it works. It doesn't matter what time he spawns because I got him to spawn in DS version at around 9AM and in the PSP version, I got him to spawn at 7PM. The map pointed out his location ( only after destroying all the 100 cameras ) with a golden briefcase icon . He's located behind the lighthouse at a offshore island thingy. It means sync up with the R* Social Club. The manual should explain how to do so. Otherwise, in any safehouse, go to the laptop and go to "Sync Stats".
