I've appeared at -the dumpster in Star Junction (twice) -inside the Statue of Happiness, next to the heart, with a parachute -on the island in Middle Park I love it. After Luis comes to, he just walks around blindly and he can't remember anything before the point where he respawns. So it's not that somebody movers him, but he does it himself. I was still quite drunk and I loled when Luis fell over backwards and floated on his back for a bit. Thankfully he had the sense to keep his head above water.
