WELL, I HAVE TROUBLES MAKING SOUNDS MODS, I WANNA MAKE A NEW LOADSCREEN SOUND MOD FOR GTA SA OF 20 SEC.

BUT, I DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE CORRECT FORMAT.

WAV? 16BITS OR 32 BITS? MONO OR STEREO? RAW?

 

PLISS HELP ME!!!
