Made by frank.s -Made it into a drop-top. Just replace the voodoo.dff and voodoo.txd in your gta3.img This has better textures and more polygons than the original gta vc pc car. This car will be in the GTA: Police Stories Total conversion. He's not blind, just gtagames.nl doesn't allow hotlinking to images (and this pic is currently visible only to you 'cause you've got it loaded in cache).
