I am up to drug war 14 and can't find the first weapon at my safe house, which I read is meant to be on the coffee table. Can anyone spread some light on what I need to do to get my free gun???? LCstuntman Posted November 2, 2009 Share Posted November 2, 2009 Yeah, it should be there... You might have accidentally picked it up by walking right next to it. Try driving around far away from your safehouse, then come back. It will probably respawn. If not, load an autosave - just make sure its after you've completed 10 gang wars. If all else fails, if you beat the story, repeat some random mission, and after you've done that, check your house. That last one seems to reset the weapons. I'm kind of savouring the storyline and was wondering if you get "issued" with the 44 during one of the missions, and it won't unlock at the safehouse untill you reach that point...? I don't remember if it gets "issued" or not... but it definitely shows up in Armando's truck at some point. If your curious about the Advanced MG in the same way (I know I was) it does get issued on a later mission and then becomes available in Armando's truck. AnotherDave Posted November 8, 2009 Share Posted November 8, 2009 I think I'm right in saying that all the weapons that spawn at your safehouse are either given to you, or you come across them, in missions. I've only played through once so far but it looks like after you encounter each weapon and have completed the required number of drug wars it will be unlocked. Then went back to the story missions; as they turned up in the story they instantly turn up in the apartment- and also in Armando's gun van...
