Bulgarin actually tried to kill you, with an elite sniper unit backed up by 2 cars full of gunners. And if Luis didn't kill Bulgarin at the end, he would have came back and killed Luis and Tony. I mean, Luis tries to explain to him that he had no idea that Bulgarin was the owner of the diamonds, and would have probably given them back to him if Bulgarin wouldn't have been so crazy about killing him... He didn't have any respect for Luis either. I could stand him though because I knew he was going to get killed.. But he was damn funny when he danced to "Maneater". I'm Italian-American myself, and I f*cking hate guys like that.... we call them guidos, that cocky douchebag wannabe mobster from Jersey or Staten Island that runs around acting like an asshole while constantly reminding everyone that he's Italian... it makes us all look bad. I was actually hoping the Ancelotti guys were going to be cooler than Pegorino and Ray... but they were even bigger assholes... at least they had Phil Bell and Jon Gravelli in IV who were cool Italian characters. So yeah Rocco got my vote... Mori was close though, but seeing Brucie pop him in the nose was priceless... before that I was like, "What a stupid character, why did they even make him?" but once you got to see Brucie make him cry I laughed sooo hard and it was all worth it. Bulgarin actually didn't really bug me to much, he was much more just a crazy murdering maniac than a truly annoying prick. I knew Bulgarin's death was inevitable and as a previous poster stated he is simply some psychopathic nutjob - not a real arsehole. Bulgarin deserved to die for being an arsehole, but the fact that Rocco didn't and got away with it makes me hate him more. I remember that in the mission Party's Over when Luis shoots Uncle Vincenzo I was almost willing Luis to finish off Rocco there and then with a 2nd shot. Not just because Bulgarin is my favourite character because that had nothing to do with it, but because Rocco really was the biggest dickhead in the game. And that is coming from a big fan of the Italian characters in GTA games. I still say Rocco should've been made the primary antagonist. Although Bulgarin was the obvious choice. I was given no real reason to hate Bulgarin though. He was just completely paranoid and utterly insane. Rocco, on the other hand, was a weasel. A devious, scheming, little weasel. He got Tony to send Luis on some real nutty jobs. He was a royal prick towards both Tony and Luis throughout the entire course of the game and even tried getting one of Tony's best friends to kill him so he could get his grubby mitts on his clubs. Dispicable, I tell thee! I've voiced my opinion on this a couple of times now, and I believe Rocco survived and escaped Liberty City for a reason. I reckon Rockstar have bigger plans for him.
