kgrogfefji82 Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 I was testing out the parachute glitch and I found out how to get infinitely high. If you hold LT and keep tapping RT too much for too long of a period, the parachute breaks off. What you need to do is stop tapping RT every once in a while to reset whatever timer R* is using to account for it. That way the parachute never breaks off and you can go higher and higher. If you get too high, the screen goes black in certain places. Anyway, thanks for the find man! EDIT: Before you leave ground, store one parachute on your back and one in your inventory. That way when you can sky dive after getting as high as you want. I got so high that almost the entire screen was black, and I could see all the islands, albeit every thing was very foggy. f*cking epic dude!!! Thanks for this. If you do it too fast you can't even get close to the game's limit. Weird thing? Once you start getting past the game's limit you start seeing this weird black thing. I've been doing it for 8 minutes now and if i look down, i only see black. 1 square piece of map fits perfectly within the hud circle. No doubt. I'm going to keep on going too. Edit: I was on my second chute... Now i started to fall. I got so high though that happiness island on the hud map was almost as big as the arrow showing the my position. I'll problably try sometime. I mean. I got as high that there was only black stuff. The city disappeared. And the statue of happiness on the map was almost as big (small) as the arrow indicating where you are. I wonder if you can go so high up that the statue of happiness gets to small to see on the map. Or if you can even get the whole boxes so small that you can barely see anything on the hud aswell. Also... what if there is an easter egg super mega high up?
