Go above a building of your choice, jump out the heli and eject the chute, direct the chute towards the building when you're close to the edge press LT or RT and point the analog stick either left or right, this will cause you to fall close to the edge and make you fall down the building, you'll fall all the way down to the ground but it won't take any damage. Here's a clip showing how to do it. I used my webcam it's not that good however sure quality is actually pretty good but it doesn't handle light very well, lets say I come out of a shadow and things get brighter my cam will start lagging a lot, you'll notice that it kind of lags when I land on the ground since it gets darker and my cam just f*cks up. I hate that too be honest. I've been thinking about getting a capture card since I love uploading stuff on youtube it'd be easier too instead of placing a camera next to your tv every time you want to record something.
