It's on pic's on the rockstar site in freemode but where doe's it actually spawn?

 

P.S the other day i saw someone driving a Tampa on free mode but then a dick head buzzard flyer killed me what could this mean?

hes obviously talking about free mode and not single player, try reading the post first next time?

 

and im guessing it just spawns in a unique place, like the emporer and many others in IV, give it a couple of days and somone on the forums will know.

I hope so. I was driving around and past one in gold with the black hood/roof/trunk combo so I spun a 180 and jacked it. Then I saw my first Tampa, got excited, and jacked that and drove it home to save it.

 

Now I don't see Schafters anymore.

 

BUT, I've only done 2 or 3 missions....
