If you raped a dead corpse, it is presumed that 99.99999% of the time if that person was still alive, they would be unwilling, therefore it's considered a crime. If you say that you want to do it with a sleeping person, then it's a rape, but when it's dead, it's not worse then do it with a wood or something. Ever. *By spirit, I mean that literally for those who are spiritual, and metaphorically for those who aren't, either way, if you take it at face value, it should be pretty disgusting despite your belief system. Section 182(b) of the Criminal Code covers this: Dead body 182. Every one who (a) neglects, without lawful excuse, to perform any duty that is imposed on him by law or that he undertakes with reference to the burial of a dead human body or human remains, or (b) improperly or indecently interferes with or offers any indignity to a dead human body or human remains, whether buried or not,is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years.
