One has a bigger clip, but that one you can't fire while driving. Both have fast rate of fires, but I guess it comes down to personal preference. I like the sound of the P-90, and it may have a little bit more range than the gold MAC-10, but Im not sure if it's as powerful. The MAC seems to have a slightly shorter reload time.. Say for drug war missions, you using the gold MAC-10 or the P-90? I dont care if you use a sniper, or the saw machine gun, because those are guns that I'm not trading for.. I am however still on the fence about the gold MAC or the P-90.. Would like some insight and opinions of others of why they picked the SMG they did. I got the gold mac from yusef, then I went back and bought a new p90 to switch for it.. Now I'm wondering if I made a mistake in doing that.. Probably like me, he thinks it looks tacky and would prefer a real-looking weapon instead of some blinged out playtoy from some crazy Arabic hedonist, awesome as Yusuf is. Mafioso86 Posted November 2, 2009 Share Posted November 2, 2009 Before the game came out I was sooo psyched for the P90... but now that I've actually played and used both, I gotta say that I like the Uzi better. I was kinda surprised because I guess all of my experience with a P90 comes from Goldeneye where it was just ridiculously better than the Uzi.... tho in this game it seems opposite... not only can you not use the P90 while driving, but the Uzi feels more powerful to me. Most games that have an Uzi have the mini Uzi but this is the standard full size Uzi. What caliber is it packing? I love the sound of the uzi and emptying a clip in some guy at close range. Also it's gangsta when rolling with your crew on drug wars. Also does anyone else think the silencer on p90 is pointless? Even in if you a kill a cop in the middle of the night with no witnesses with it, you still get the three stars. severe2 Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 I prefer the Gold SMG: 1) Drive-bys 2) Surprisingly accurate (even if it doesn't have the zoom of an assault rifle) 3) Powerful! When replaying 'Kibbutz No 1" it took out the enemies (including the guy with the RPG) at least twice as fast as Carbine Assault Rifle I used the first time round. Also I was shooting at a random driver who bumped me in a typical road-rage scenario & it set a new record for setting the target vehicle on fire without use of TLaD's sawn-off... 4) Great to use from cover - especially with blind fire. If you are blind-firing the zoom (or lack of it) doesn't matter & clip size is less critical. 5) Looks cool. Well it does. Plus, the ability to do drive-by's can't be overlooked; especially when your doing the Drug Wars(The Convoy)......not to mention it sounds vicious. Suppressors do not make your shots completely silent like you see in the Bond movies (although a Walther PPK with a suppressor is actually very quiet). There's so many more moving parts when you fire a weapon that, when combined, make a lot of noise. The parts that make the loudest sound when firing a weapon is 1. Expansion of gases, and 2. The sonic boom that goes off after firing. The suppressor usually only deals with the sound from the expansion of the gases and in some cases can also effect the sonic boom by slowing down the speed at which the bullet accelerates down the barrel. Consider yourself learned. Oh and btw I voted for the gold uzi. The damage is insane and I just love how loud it is. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Seriously, it seems just as fast and powerful as the Uzi. The only difference is it has a useless suppressor (which seems to be there only so Luis animation of holding it like an assault rifle can be used) and it has a slightly larger clip.
