First of all, if you have any kind of lag, you WILL have trouble with this mission. Basically, if you have a low end PC, you will have trouble with this mission-I have been there. If you have a PC that meets the specs, but has a weak/integrated video card and/or a single core processor, you may need to turn the Frame Limiter OFF for this mission to get a little increase in the fps and hopefully reduce the lag a little bit.

Second, make sure you do the following side missions beforehand: *Firefighter* for the Fire proof CJ, Vigilante for the extra Armor, and Paramedic for the extra health, plus the Burglury for Infinite Sprint. These will help A LOT during the mission. These missions are required for 100%, so why not go ahead and get them out of the way anyway, while they can provide benefits to you.

If you do these things ahead of time, then you can just use the minigun(available at the LA armory in Mullholland, Toreno's Ranch, or at the pickups in SF/LV) to quickly kill everyone as you make your way to Big Smoke on the top floor-the minigun will allow you to complete this mission easily with taking very little damage. Then use the minigun to take down Big Smoke quickly and easily. Next when you have to work your way through to the bottom story, just ignore the fire extingisher and the night vision goggles(they aren't needed, as you are fire proof and thus cannot take damage from the fire), and make a run for it, shooting only when needed to avoid a major health loss.

The second part(chasing the fire truck), the best advice I can give, is to drive extremely well, avoiding a lot of crashes into obsticles like other cars, light poles, etc.

The third part is a little tricky, as you need to align the car up just right with the fire truck before Sweet gets ready to jump, then if that is successful, Sweet drives and you just have to shoot the oncoming enemies til you hit the over pass in Compton that is over Gove St. This will then start the end game cinematic...

A BIG HELPFUL ADVICE:

if u've done the first part, i.e. killing smoke and then chasing tenpenny, if u lose him and fail mission, DO NOT RELOAD UR GAME!, instead play that mission again, it'll continue from chase part

mayb, (though i'm not sure), if ur car gets destroyed by cops shooting u, u get to continue from the shooting parrt again (can some one confirm this?)

i took me 4 to 5 days to complete this mission. i did not know what undeadmilitia said. if i knew this i would have done it in only one day. i think minigun idea is very good because i used this. using minigun i did the first part very easily. and stay close to tenpenny while chasing him because you will need it afterwards.

What undeadmilitia said is, if you failed the mission in the chasing firetruck part, don't load the game but just head to Sweet's house and try the mission again. This is because you will restart the mission by the starting of the chase instead of doing it all over again.
