GTA SA Emergency Vehicle Mod Help

Hello

I installed a police car using mod installer and i cant figure out how to get the emergency mod menu to come up i have v2 and i patched it and i need help getting it going please help thanks. i still cant get the menu to come up i dont know what im doing wrong its in the cleo folder and i dont know whats wrong please help....
