I have a problem! whenever I want to start a game appears to me fatal error window GTA IV FATAL ERROR : D3D Error - Please re-boot your system then when i click OK GTAIV.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I tried to reboot system but didn't work ... Has anything at all - even a USB device being unplugged - been changed on your system? Have you already deleted all settings files that generate on first-run?
