EFLC for the PS3

I'm sorry, but some of you guys are hypocrites. Just because someone is arguing that EFLC would never come to PS3/PC doesn't mean they are a X360 fanboy. I (X360 owner) was actually trying to convince my friend NOT to buy an X360 and stick with his PS3 because I thought they were going to come. He was arguing AGAINST me, does that make him a X360 fanboy? No.

 

Even saying something like "I don't think it will come, due to Rockstar's silence on the issue and the so called 50 Million deal/loan people are talking about." has nothing to do with being a fanboy.

 

It's ONLY fanboyish if you saying a console is better than another, like "Xbox is da bestest, ps3 sux and EFLC will neverz come to anything but the best console ever, xbox 360!!1".

 

I'm not saying there aren't X360 fanboys on this topic, I just think some of the PS3 users have been throwing around the term to loosely. In fact, I might have seen even more PS3 "fanboys" around this topic... but I won't qoute them because I'm not an ass.

I'm no fanboy (I only own a PS3) and I honestly didn't think it would come to PS3. But there was definitely a lot of gloating round these parts.

 

I think genuine fanboyism is slowly dying out as we all realize we've been equally screwed over by arbitrary exclusivity. I've been playing all 360 exlusives at a friend's house, but he refuses to buy Mass Effect 2 and now I'm pissed. And he's pissed that I only rented Uncharted 2 and hated it.

That's like saying that "the Stories weren't exclusive to the PSP because they came out on PS2".Oh, and you can count on it: the PS3 won't be seeing the content, and that sounds very fair to me considering the Stories (and how Xbox and PC owners never whined about it  I wonder why, perhaps because they're not 12?)

You might notice that people who get an RRoD tend to get that several times again.. because they have bad airflow.I've had my 360 for over a year now without RRoD.*knocks wood*And mine's a 2006 model.As long as you're not a dumbass and don't stuff you console with pillows and keep it in a cool area, it won't RRoD, and you'll enjoy two DLCs you'll never get on a PS3, and you'll save money.

You should have included a 'PC gets DLC after modders convert it to the PC platform and MS gives in and releases it on PC aswell. (to earn some money of the work that the modding community has already done by coding/converting it)PS3 never gets it. 'Ever.

CLEARLY. First off, this exclusive bullsh*t can only get but so old. You must see how this

pattern is running by now, this was just a test to see how many gamers had a low breaking point through patience, and well Microsoft won in that aspect, evidence of this can be seen here on the forums. They new GTA was gonna sell consoles, so they (Microsoft) devised a way to make sure this game would be sellingin there platforms favor. They wanted to win the industry over so bad they stooped low enough to f*ck with the consumers heads by telling a half truth and not revealing it as a whole along with paying $50 Million to a 5 star  game developing company.  (damn shame really but hey that's business)  Heres to hoping this will go on no longer (of course it will). This not a attack on Microsoft or the Xbox 360 and its gamers (I am one of them) its a revealing of Microsoft's dark, misleading, dirty, and cunning business practices. Another thing I want to get off my chest is, to those PC gamers who I see are die hard on these forums for there beloved gem of a title Grand Theft Auto which started on that platform in its conception, I commend them, for I've seen a large portion of users here stay resilient to the pressure of buying a 360 and getting the once presumed entirely DLC exclusive GTA title, same to a medium sized portion of you PS3 gamers you've fought the good fight (A FIGHT WITH YOUR OWN MIND) and you are now reaping your rewards............boy was this WAR long as f*ck!

Hell, I was right. I said it wasn't coming anytime soon. I don't remember when I made those posts, and you somehow managed to f*ck up the qoute (is that from my old account or something? And just to let you know, I have a PC and a PS3, both of which I like more than my X360 overall.

Seeing as about 90% of movies I like got terrible reviews, I have no respect for people who judge something's value based on it's critical reception. Bayonetta got rave reviews and it's got to be in the bottom 10 of worst games I've played ever. That's not to say it's a bad game overall, it's just not what suits me or any other given person.

 

I love IV & it got rave reviews but tons of people think it was terribly over-hyped and a sub-par GTA.
