In a question & answer post from January 21st on Rockstars homepage, one question is: “I was highly anticipating the release of The Ballad Of Gay Tony, but just found out that it is only on the XBox360. I am certain that I am not the first person to ask this, but how come it wasn't released on the PS3?” – received via Mouthoff Rockstars answer: "We know that it continues to be an often-asked question – and believe us, we understand the frustration of PS3 owners like yourself who haven’t been able to play any of our most recent releases. All we can say is that we at Rockstar promise to be very good to you with our releases in 2010. Please stay with us and stay tuned!" Linky. It seems to me that, besides marketing reasons, Rockstar is really hinting that the episodes will be released this year. If they weren´t, I think they´d just said so at this point. R* already has a few good games coming to the PS3 this year which is what they almost definitely meant. Red Dead Redemption, Agent, LA Noire, etc. Best bet is that R* intended on bringing the DLCs to the PS3 at some point until they realized that the release on the 360 was, itself, to late. I'll try to find a link but I recall a R* statement that I read where they admitted releasing the DLCs to late in IV's lifespan. It's been almost 2 years now since IV's release and I never see any of my friends online playing it anymore. And getting in a full online game is rare as h*ll. I've heard that there is almost no people plying online on XBOX. so if you are an XBOX user that isn't really a good reason why the PS3 wont get the DLCs. I think R* could be talking about Agent, I dont think they will confort us (PS3-users) with that we are also getting LA noire and RDRemption. We had a come back last September dude. Ever since September the PS3 has been averaging around 1 million consoles sold each month. The 360 has dropped to around 700,000 each month(worldwide for both) and in December the PS3 beat the 360 by 500,000 consoles. Anyway R* have said they will be good to us this year with Agent, LA Noire, and something else R* have planned for 2010 that has yet to be announced. Also with things like M$ loosing Star Ocean 4, Bioshock, FO3 DLC, Eternal Sonata, etc when they were exclusives is just turning out to be strange. Also remember how M$ payed for the MW2 DLC? Well they supposedly payed a hefty, hefty sum(maybe not as much as GTA IV's but a fraction of it) and for what? 30 days of exclusivity. Wow. M$ is just throwing around the money. So I'm positive EFLC will be releasing on PS3 and PC this year. If not who cares anymore because with Agent and RDR coming out in 2 months whose gonna have time for GTA anymore? I sure as hell wont.
