This goes to anybody with EFLC. It's really difficult to make out, but it looks like there are some buildings at the bottom. Bridge? Trees? That said the pic behind the tear - is it necessarily anything to do with the next one? Maybe its just supposed to look like another page? The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. Although that seagull could be just apart of the 'Opens march everywhere' advertisement thing. EDIT: Can't help but think it says eather 'eat' or 'cat'..
