Posted October 5, 2009 Share Posted October 5, 2009 My guess is (as I've said in several topics before) on Cod Row , East Holland, with the stairs with the cage.I could see him living in some penthouse with Tony too if he is truly a full time body guard. Why would he live there? It has the flag of Puerto Rico on it... Does that mean that you have to be Puerto Rican to live there? It still looks like a cool place. It's original. Although none of Niko's safehouses seemed very original. Hey didn't Niko Bellic had to look for Ray Boccino at that spot?I remember Jimmy Pegorino calling him telling him that Ray Boccino was at a sitdown in Cod Row, East Holland. I invite anyone to just stay in that area and wait and see if there are three asian guys across the street from it. Yeah it looks like a cool place and I can see it as a home for one of the characters - maybe a puerto rican druglord now we know there will be drugwars in the game - but just not for Luis. brOkeRxBoYxLC Posted October 6, 2009 Share Posted October 6, 2009 well if you remember in the first BOGT video his mother is standing in front of a house up in northwood right off the N.Wood Heights Br. but i can imagine that he starts out in a Holland/ northwood house, then moving to yusefs, or another big house(he is the bodyguard of gay tony, and runs clubs...id think he had some good cash) maybe in dukes like in meadow hills because no other character has lived there, and it is expensive. i think hes gonna have more than 2 houses definitly, and definitely upscale. That would be HILARIOUS! But, anyway, Luis will probably live in Algonquin, with his mother, with Gay Tony, or will live in Middle Park. I know it'll be in Algonquin, though. i was just thinking that the other day. it would be pretty wierd though. imagine entering the house and just finding niko calmly sitting watching tv or something, thatd be some trippy sh*t. Yeah, that would be funny. Or if Luis was trying to save, Niko would be lying on their. And maybe later in the game, Luis comes by to see the Infernus parked infront of the house. I will check this out after the new south park! But all you non southpark gta fans... go and investigate! I hope its not the only one, because it doesn't look like it has the potential to be that cool.. it appears again if you pause just before the suicide blow up at 1:13 (where you can actually see the door you enter from) and this is on the youtube version here: okay, I went there... and no that is not an enterable door... That building is the same place but that door is not enterable... Actually the doors that are enterable are on the North and South side like I said... and I think they don't lead to the same place as the other door does... because the hallway you run through in the enterable area is in totally different position and wouldn't allow you to go anywhere near the door luis will go through... Actually there are rooms on that side... which is weird? will there be a staircase on the other side? that lead to the same rooms? or will the enterable building nearby be unenterable and the just change the point of that building entirely... One of the Angels of Deaths clubhouses are under there. He is standing at the intersection right under that square. Just go look again you are wrong. Luis' safehouse, Hercules, Maisonette 9, all on the same street, and Bahama Mama's just off it. What's the deal? The nearness to Playboy X's house will be convenient for vehicle collectors, assuming Luis gets two spots on Galveston and the old spaces still work too like they did in TLAD. The hospital is also very close. Is there any closer food than Burger Shot? I like there to be food close to a safehouse, just because. As for this safehouse interior, I wonder if the door and stairwell will look just like the currently enterable east side of the building and if the door in the alley, which is next to the east side's back door, will open to provide a way to get in from the alley, like the Bohan safehouse's back door. Here's a better pic Just played around there and you can jump from the roof to the building to the right. I just hope it has roof acces though. And like you said, if they kept Playboy's parking spots we can have 2 extra cars close-by. Pretty cool ! Even tho there`s no access to ground level via a stairwell, you get to ground by a fire escape at the back. There`s a couple of hispanic looking peds who are not in a gang at the bottom of the fire escape (I checked this out by drawing a weapon on them) Gonna go back in TLAD and see if there`s any difference.
