The Notorious MOB Posted August 14, 2009 Share Posted August 14, 2009 There's a Project Building located here it's in Northwood and has several Parking Garages located within it's grounds. I think it could be Luis's safehouse beacause of it's location and I think the the garages will be used in this episode to park cars. Another thing is that it has a lot of Peds around it that appear to be part of the same gang.. Some have green and yellow tank tops and bandanas and others have dark green hoodies on and some even wear the same clothes as Teddy Benavidez which could possibly be members of Luis's gang. These peds don't seem to act like a gang but I think they may be givin gang mechanics in TBOGT like the way The Lost were made more prominent around Acter in TLAD (if indeed these are the Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers). Another thing is somebody mentioned earlier about a mission leading Niko to the Lost clubhouse and that being some sort of a clue, In the TLAD the mission "Angels in America" ends right beside this building so this may be another clue which points towards it being Luis's safehouse... I noticed a housing project around there that had a few garages as well (don't know if it is the same one or not). If he does, hopefully it will be on one of the upper floors and have large windows. The view of middle park would be amazing! Also, behind/beneath the building is the underground parking garage from Jeff's 2nd encounter. I'd love a big, fat chunk of parking space. Again, that was used for a mission that Niko did in order to assassinate Isaac Roth, the diamond dealer. It even has an internor from the looks of it. That said I think that's his house. I'm sure that's a cinema judging by the film posters inside it. Your leg does glitch through the doors, so it has obviously been written in at some point - either test code or it was dropped as a location? Hopefully they open it as an activity in BoGT. It looks like the perfect place for Luis, since he's not that far off from the clubs(since there all close by. As for a second choice, i'd say.. since he already starts off rich, and the GTA characters will always turn out rich, i think he'll end up with a nice place like niko's last safehouse in algonquin, but not a mansion. Have a look at this location... for some reason, there are two car length garbage bins taking up two parking spaces on the street... they're positioned exactly like the usual "car save" spaces and are roughly the same length, almost like they're place holders. That would be HILARIOUS! But, anyway, Luis will probably live in Algonquin, with his mother, with Gay Tony, or will live in Middle Park. I know it'll be in Algonquin, though.
