In almost every voice-over, a prepubescent male character will always be voiced by a female. Heck, I even mistake 10 year old kids playing GTA|IV online as girls. Fox was added because the union said there was already a Michael Fox. So there shouldn't be two D.B. Coopers. It's not impossible, but it's not supposed to happen. Either way I would be surprised, because if its true then wow Cooper has amazing talent, and if its false, then R* is bullsh*tting us in their own credits. EDIT: In the meantime, I found an article here describing how DB Cooper is no stranger to video games. She apparently did voices for the God of War series and Area 51.
