But that was all speculation anyway. Hell the interviewer sucked really but he did get out of him that the next GTA won't be in Dubia. Theres been a fair amount of trailers and screens, so this interview was just confirming a few things that werent quite official, such as nitro on some cars. I really can't wait for Luis' trailer and I also want his wallpaper! I'm interested with the two different endings and how both will play out. Cilogy Posted October 17, 2009 Share Posted October 17, 2009 I'm hoping there is one final DLC, even if it's just feature heavy, because Jeronimo even admitted there was so much more they can explore in LC. I know he stated it clearly that this as it, however Rockstar put 4 years into LC, and they still can get so much more out of it. And let's be honest here, they can milk one more DLC that is basically SA like feature rich, and it will sell in droves. Then they can pack vanilla IV with the 3 DLC's as a complete package to finish it all up. Rockstar can do 2 different IP here guys, that is surely not an issue, if they see there is more $$ left to be made with another DLC. One more thing, i doubt we will see a different GTA this generation, because the 360 is now 4 years old, and you know MS will be putting out a new Xbox by 2011'(possibly with Project Nadal included). And there is so much more Rockstar can do in a new DLC, such as car customization/perhaps some a plane or 2 to fly(say a sea plane or bi plane?), alot of areas that were shut off in all episodes such as the chinatown arcade and the fun fair, and other areas they never took advanatge of using. And there sure is alot of characters they can base another DLC off, from vanilla IV. The life expectancy of the PS3 and 360 generation is expected to last a much longer time, so I can bet that by the time Max Payne 3 and Red Dead Redemption are released, R* can work exclusively on Agent and the next GTA. You're right in that it took them 4 years to make GTA IV, but a majority of that time went into building the foundation of what it was going to look like. In other words, it will take a lot less time to make another GTA within the next two years because they already have the framework. However this generation might also be short enough the next GTA will be the final GTA before the "next-next-gen" consoles. I doubt we will see two more GTA's this time around, it looks like there's only enough room for one. Plus, its has been said repeatedly over the past few weeks that TBOGT will be the last installment of the GTA IV group of games, and then they are "moving on." By the time BOGT comes out, there will be nothing new to experience or see for people at the rate that this obsessive contemplation is going on. Then again, I'm one of the dudes that is probably going to try to piece together a time line of all three episodes when TBOGT is released cause I'm nerdy like that. Judging by that scene there, he's about to get his head blown off and fall through the window leaving a convenient escape route for Luis, who just so happens to be conveniently wearing a parachute, so I'd say that could be correct Have you watched the full GTTV interview with Barrera? Well, FVH shows up around half way through holding some sort of metting on his yaught and looks nothing like the guy in that screenshot.
