It doesn't make sense. The port has upgraded their graphics to the point that it's more than "slight changes" compared to the LCS and VCS. R* might have taken advantage to the UMD capacity whereas the stories series port made it seem like there's some empty spaces on the PS2 disk. I'm 100% sure he is not, they're probarly just referring to him, just like they referred to Claude by giving Niko his outfit under 'certain circumstances'. Besides, don't expect all 80 dealers to have a unique skin - probarly 2 for the hispanic dealers, 2 for the black dealers, 2 for the Chinese, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
