Jean Capel
/Cmd/Strangelysemipersonalseguerant/Cmd/ Frank, as much as I love your work, and I dig the whole stream-of-consciousness thing, sometimes, it really makes me wonder about your whole psychological state. What ever happened to They Don't Call It Death? I really enjoyed some of your older stories, and mostly poetry, like that, and this...it's not bad, it's just...disturbing. And I don't mean that in the good-old-fashioned "Pigeons From Hell" or "Call Of Chtulu" way either. But then again, you are the master of what you put on the page, and that's the most important thing. No one can ever tell you to put something down you don't want to, or to take something off. So if this is what you enjoy writing, or need to get out of your system, write it. I guess I'm just nostalgic for your older stuff is all. /Cmd/End/Cmd/Strangelysemipersonalsequerant/Cmd/ Edited September 28, 2009 by Jean Capel
VercettiTheNiter
Wow this is one of those pieces that I had to re-read like three times. Like Jean said it's a bit dark or maybe very dark but I like it! To me it's how a lot of people think. Kinda like Edward Norton in Fight Club. Anyway I would like to see more in the future! Rhoda
There's something frantic here, your sentences seem to stab. Your repetition is sparce, but that's another powerful tool. All in all? You're a mystery Frank, but I love you.
Lochie_old
Reminds me of Mars Volta 'De-loused in the Comatorium'. You should check that album out, you'd like it.
SilentM
Someone been reading Danielewski? Those first few paragraphs sound a lot like Only Revolutions. Anyhow, I liked it--got that aura of mystery to it.
