Willy is pretty high up in NDDD, and since he's grown up with Luis, I don't think there's exactly anything out of place for someone who is seeing his friend drift away from him. Brian the lawyer malc all in story random encounters. so far only one random encounter person is confirmed and thats one of luis ex GFs. Maybe one of the bitches from lovemeet.com? That's where i think luis first place will be. *I glitched in there the other day with the bike trick* i saw some stairs but when i tried to go up the stairs i fell strait through LC and died.
