asimov
Recently my PC has been running at 80% or higher, regardless of what I'm doing. Worse, if I'm doing something like watching a video or playing a flash game, everything runs fine, unless I press buttons or move the mouse around, in which case it freezes up for 3 or 4 seconds, goes back to normal and then freezes again 15 seconds later. This has lead me to think I've got a bad virus or keylogger of some sort. I've got the free version of AVG fully updated, same with spybot but they haven't found anything, what can I do? Girish
Try a different anti-virus like Avira and run a full system scan. Also, how many processes do you see running in Windows Task Manager? Can you take a screenshot of the Processes section in Task Manager and show us?
