Overtime
I was wondering why do some peds have blue reticules instead of green/red? I saw this only on Jamaicans until recently when i did some cop work and saw a guy holding a bat, when i locked him on he had a blue reticule Blue reticule 1 Blue reticule 2 Green reticule (for comparison) Closeup green Closeup blue Edited September 27, 2009 by Overtime
Feral Slug
i've never seen any colored reticule other than red, and i only saw red once on a club bouncer..
Nillus
It's all a green reticule to me. :s Something wrong with your brightness/saturation/contrast?
Feral Slug
also, in some other games green means to keep, red means to get rid of, and blue means it doesn't matter either way.

Girish
When locked onto a target, a small circular reticule appears. This reticule is surrounded by either a red (enemy), green (non-enemy) or grey (police) circle made up of eight segments, which represents the character's health. The Quench
If I'm correct, when the reticule shows blue bars, that means that the target is wearing Armor. Yes?

skateordie985
Green = friendly - will not attack (can change to red if attacked) Red = attack - will attack with melee or gun (can change to green if injured and decides to run) Blue = police - all police will be this color, wanted level or not Inner blue ring = armor - shows how much body armor is being worn Flashing red rectangle = stun punch - stun punch can be performed on this person.
