Finding Sweet

In the mission "Green Sabre" Tenpenny tells that Sweet is in a prison hospital. Where is this hospital, is it possible to see Sweet there before the mission where Toreno asks CJ to get Sweet from Los Santos police station?

According to my theory Sweet is locked in a prison.. When Cj is in angel pine i am 100% sure they took him to a good prison from where he was allowed to talk to you and he cant even give his loc because of police and he was in one of lock cells in a prison and when he gets free he is at LS police department only..

Thanks for replies.. In hope to find Sweet before the mentioned mission I started dating Katie and Barbara and made the dating progresses 100% to get both cop & medic outfit. I thought they could be useful.. Well I went to Los Santos police station but Sweet was not there.

Read up and read good, bacause I'm only gonna type this once. YOU CANT BUST HIM OUT. IF YOU COULD, THEN THIS GAME WOULD BE WAY TOO SHORT AND EASY. However, it'd be cool if you could.

It is not possible to find Sweet in any hospital/prison.

At one point in the game, im not sure who says it, but they say "Sweet is in a prison hospital upstate." Meaning in a different state to San Andreas.

 

You cannot find Sweet.

I thought 'Upstate' meant the north part of a state , assuming that he is somewhere in Montgomery

And why would they bother to transport a common gang-banging scum like Sweet to a different state ? No DA is going to launch an investigation why he died

 

Obviously you can't meet any characters outside the missions

I'm sure he's locked up in the San Fierro Police Department. This is probably the reason why the interior is not accessible.

 

The San Fierro Police Department may be unlocked by this method:

• Find bigfoot and lure him into one of the Ghostcars.
• Drive him in the ghostcar to Leatherface to have him beheaded.
• Drop his headless body in the toxic pit.
• Now visit all the locations plotted on the map in the backroom of the UFO bar within 10 minutes.
• Drive to the carpark of the San Fierro police department, and you should be able to go inside.

Actually, in the Chain Game, you can access the San Francisco police department interior-it was made accessible through the Los Angeles PD office in Lancaster-for the Chain Game. So, it is unlockable.

 

But in the last cutscene of Green Sabre, Tennpenny says "Sweet is in a prison hospital being treated for gunshot wounds..." then he goes on to talk about Kendyl and you(CJ). Then after the first mission in Santa Cruz, you get a call from Sweet and then another one from Cesear.
