grandtheftauto1233
Hello, if you a low end ATI video card user... and if you play gta iv.. and relized you don't have ANY physical vehicle damage... I FOUND A SOLUTION!! BEFORE YOU START... BACK-UP YOUR SHADER FOLDER IN YOUR GTA IV\COMMON\SHADERS FOLDER First: Open up the common\shaders\win32_30 folder (note.. you can use any other shader folder if you want... i tested the NV folders also) Second: Copy all (you can use ctrl to select all of these files at once) shaders that start with gta_vehicle***** NOTE * is replaced by the names of shaders Third: After selecting all these files... press Ctrl+C to copy the files to the clipboard Forth: Next you would open up your common\shaders\win32_30_low_ati folder and paste the files in by right click and clicking paste (or press Ctrl+V) and if it asks for overwrite.. click yes to all. Fifth: Start up GTA IV and enjoy.. btw: this is my first IV tutorial... if it needs any changes... please notify me I tested this with patch 2.. 3.. and 4.. how did this work for you guys? reply below Edited September 26, 2009 by grandtheftauto1233
Girish
No physical damage? Is this a well known ATI issue? Because I haven't come across any ATI user with such a weird issue.
