Now I want to cruze around and find drug dealers etc you sometimes spot on the side of the street. Is there a specific neighbourhood to find 'gangs' to take out? I'll summarise this out for you: Good spots: Hove Beach, Broker (Russians), Firefly Projects, Broker, Northwood & North/East Holland, Algonquin, Acter, Alderney, (all afro-american), Little Italy, Algonquin (Italian mafia), Chinatown, Algonquin, Alderney City, Alderney (both Triads/Chinese). How to recognize a street criminal: • Clothing & Look: Skin color, clothing types (check out the topic) • Act: Listen to 'em, if they act aggressive, you might have a criminal.
