This might have been done previously, but I couldn't find anything similar. I was just playing IV and decided to check for Yusuf Amir on www.libertycitypolice.com, but he wasn't on there. Instead I stumbled across Gracie Ancelotti, and decided to research a bit and find some characters we might meet in TBOGT.

 

LIST OF PERSONS WITH SOME DEGREE OF RELATION TO TBOGT:

 

Ancelotti, Gracie

 

• Her friendship with "Gay" Tony Prince could be exploited.

Finkle, Gavin "Ambrosia"

 

• Banned from Hercules Nightclub for turning tricks in the restroom and dealing methamphetamine.

Waterstreet, Heathcliff

 

• Lives with transvestite, Gavin Finkle, street name - Ambrosia, in the loft of his grandmother left him.
• Recently banned from Hercules nightclub for trying to disassemble the speaker system.

Gomez, Alonso

 

• Part of a Northwood based gang of Dominican Drug Dealers that includes his brother (Oscar Gomez) and Willy Valerio.
• Associate of Luis Fernando Lopez - personal bodyguard to "Gay" Tony Prince.

Gomez, Oscar

 

• Associate of Luis Fernando Lopez - personal bodyguard to "Gay" Tony Prince.
• Involved in the illegal street fighting scene.

Valerio, Willy

 

• Believed to be the head of a gang of Northwood based Dominican drug dealers that includes Oscar and Alonso Gomez.
• Associate of Luis Fernando Lopez.

Wome, Claude

 

• Arrested selling illegal conflict diamonds to Liberty City dealers, Isaac Roth and Mori Green.

This is basically the persons with direct relations to Luis, Tony Prince or the nightclub Hercules. Make of it what you will.

It's funny how they mention Hercules having restrooms, when it doesn't even have fake unopenable doors leading to them let alone actual restrooms.

The lowdown (I have a ps3 so I wont be as accurate, correct me if I'm wrong)

 

We saw Gracie

 

Gavin Finkle doesnt exist, neither does Heathcliff

 

We never saw the the Gomez bros (although I suspect that they are a beta version of Armando and Henrique)

 

Willy was probably not seen (correct me)

 

and Claude Wome is the beta version of FVH

We never saw Willy Valerio or the Gomez Bros, but they were mentioned in the story during a conversation between Luis and Armando. Armando asked Luis if he still see's them to which Luis replied "You know I don't see those fools anymore". During the conversation Luis said something that confused me though; "...and look where they are now". Now this could imply that they're either in prison or dead. Chances are they were killed by Niko during "A Long Way To Fall". Or maybe they've just sunk so low that not even a guy like Luis wants to associate with them anymore.

you meet oscar gomez i think in one of the club manegement missions, where you have to take an actor from hercules to meet some dealers, the dealer is oscar gomez (i think), then escape the cops.
