I can't even picture what Niko or Johnny's arms look like. Think about it. I think that if you show your arms in public there the law says it's your fault if you get raped. It's a secluded country, don't make any noice really. Doesn't want to let anyone in. Especially not people with visas or green cards. Although I think all fugitives are accepted, especially mexicans. No but it's probably because they are such cold blooded persons so they need all warmth they can get. Or because it's fall. Or there will be short sleeves in TBoGT. I don't know. Whutever. I'm Out.
