Girish
The only fix is for you to get a new graphics card ...which might not be possible because he seems to be on a laptop. Why do people even try to run the game on weak, under minimum requirement laptops? Get a desktop, people!

Girish
Yet I can run Crysis on it? DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT compare GTA IV to Crysis. IV is a much more demanding game than Crysis. Also, more technically speaking, your on-board mobile Intel video card has shader model 2.0 which is the minimum requirement for Crysis. GTA IV's minimum requirement is shader model 3.0 which is not supported by your mobile video card. Now you know why the game will never work on your laptop.
